DELIVERY TIMELINE

Orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, and delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹200 is charged at checkout to cover handling.

PIN CODE SERVICEABILITY

We currently ship within India only. To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your pin code at checkout. If your location isn't serviceable, please write to us at hello@midora.in and we will do our best to find a way to get your order to you.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details over WhatsApp and email. You can use these to follow your order's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Midora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details or unavailability at the delivery address.
