What size should I order?
Each Midora product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimetres, along with age-based guidance. We recommend measuring your little one against the chart for the most accurate fit, especially since children grow at their own pace. If you are unsure between two sizes, we suggest going one size up so the piece can be enjoyed a little longer.
Does Midora offer alterations?
At the moment, we do not offer alterations on our pieces. If you have specific fit concerns, please write to us at midoraindia@gmail.com before placing your order and we will do our best to guide you to the right size.
SHIPPING
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹200 is charged at checkout to cover handling.
What kind of packaging will my order be shipped in?
Every Midora order is packaged with the same care that goes into our pieces. Your garment arrives wrapped thoughtfully inside our signature Midora packaging, ready to be gifted or kept as a small keepsake of its own.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, and delivered within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Once your order is on its way, we will share your tracking details over WhatsApp and email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Which items can be returned?
Most Midora pieces can be returned within 6 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact. Customisable garments are made just for your little one and are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return or exchange a product?
To start a return, email us at midoraindia@gmail.com within 6 days of delivery with your order number and your reason for return. Our team will review your request and share return instructions, including the address to ship to. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service so your parcel reaches us safely.
I have returned an item, when will I see the credit in my refund?
Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect the piece to make sure it meets our return conditions. Your refund is processed within 6 days of us receiving and approving the return, and is issued as Midora store credit, valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
