Refund policy
At Midora, every piece is made with care, and we want you to feel just as cared for after your order arrives. If something isn't quite right, here is everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 6 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted, so please reach out to us as soon as possible.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn, with no signs of stains, damage, or alteration
- In its original packaging, with all tags intact
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because they are made just for your little one, customisable and custom-order garments are final sale and cannot be returned.
A NOTE ON FIT
Each Midora piece is made to our standard size chart, shared on every product page, so we recommend measuring your little one carefully before placing your order. If a piece doesn't fit quite right, we are happy to look into alterations on the piece you received, where possible. Please write to us at hello@midora.in and we will guide you on the next steps.
Please note that we do not offer size or product exchanges.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Email us at hello@midora.in with your order number and your reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions, including the address to ship to.
- Pack the piece carefully in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and ship it back to us.
Please note: return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service so your parcel reaches us safely.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect the piece to make sure it meets our return conditions. Your refund will be issued as Midora store credit within 6 days of us receiving and approving your return, and we will email you to confirm once it is on its way.
STORE CREDIT
All approved refunds are issued as Midora store credit, valid for 45 days from the date of issue. You can use it towards any future order at Midora.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds cannot be issued to your original payment method.
